Meine Reihe "stressfreies Weihnachtsmenü für die Familie" geht heute in die 4. Runde. Für den Hauptgang habe ich mir ein Rezept ausgesucht, welches problemlos am Vortag zubereitet werden kann: es gibt Rahmgulasch mit Serviettenknödel. Zum Ende der Garzeit ist das Gulasch butterweich und zerfällt fast auf der Gabel. Das liegt daran, dass das Fleisch mehrere Stunden im Bräter vor sich hin köchelt und zu Beginn auch nicht angebraten, sondern einfach roh in die Brühe gelegt wird.
