Liz Brody on Instagram: "Triceps.   Here is a single arm triceps pressdown with the cables.   Key points:  Set cable up high.  Hold end of cable or something with neutral grip.  Line up cable with your shoulder,elbow,wrist (this means scoot over to the side a little bit) Bring elbow to your waist and keep the shoulder and upper arm in position the whole time.  HOLD ON with your opposite arm to create more stability. Control your eccentric, fully flex the elbow, don’t stop at 90degrees. Push down and SQUEEZE.   Rep it out 🤝 I like 2x10-15 @ 0-1RIR on these. If you aren’t good at them (yet,) you might need more sets until you iron out the kinks."
