macro-friendly meal prep that doesn’t need to be reheated! perfect for summer on the go while still hitting those protein goals!

ingredients (per bowl/serving):
3oz chicken breast
1/2c (113g) 0% greek yogurt
30g corn (fire roasted or steamed)
1/2c tomato (can use salsa or rotel if you prefer!)
1/2 tsp taco seasoning

Mix together your ingredients! Enjoy!
(doesn’t get much easier than that!)
