The last 2 weeks have been a bit troublesome so there isn't much here but I think I'm back on the right track and excited again. I'm still doing a lot of skeletal work, I thought it would be a good idea to see what the more complicated characters would look like underneath, so I can understand how they'd work a bit better. This project is significant to me because it is one of the first 3D models I made that I was happy with the result. My primary goal here was to figure out a workflow for 3D modeling, keeping things as simple as I can. For this reason I made a point of completely ignoring things like surface detailing or technical aspects like uv mapping or topology.
