Where the Wind Blows: Room Concept

sleepy_sheepy_stuff shared an artwork on Artfol: Pink Bedroom - I want to get better at doing backrounds and creating environments so I tried to draw a room in perspective. Krita had a few guides u can place like perspective grids, vanishing points and parallel ruller. I used these for the sketch but kept the lineart hand draw hoping the imperfect lines would give it some character :p I'd love any tips on adding characters into environments so they look like a part of it.

This is the first environment I´ve ever designed, so any feedback is welcome :)

First things first: perspective. I take that storyboard panel with its wonky, quickly drawn angles, and I fix the perspective. In this case, I laid down grids to define the walls and floor planes. No vanishing points. I eye-balled this one. .
