Many apologies for my six week or so absence from here. Though I do doubt that anyone is sitting at their computer waiting for me to post a new recipe! I have had an exciting few weeks full of new experiences and new beginnings. All of which meant time spent updating my blog were few and far between

Pink peppercorn, raspberry and Rose tarts are one of my new favourite flavour combinations. The pink peppercorn is subtle which works well with sweetness in the tart and the tart flavour of raspberry. All rounded out with a beautiful floral touch for these lovely pink tarts.

Raspberry rose truffles are extremely easy to make, and taste creamy, rich, and outrageously delicious! You barely need more than white chocolate, freeze-dried raspberries, and rosewater to whip up these tempting treats.

The Floradora is a classic gin cocktail made with raspberry syrup, lime juice, and ginger ale. It's fruity, refreshing, and a very pretty pink, too! I’m not sure why the Floradora isn’t a better known gin cocktail because it’s delicious, easy on the eyes, and made with readily available ingredients.
