With cosy season fast approaching these are quick and easy to assemble and look super effective! Filled with buttery cinnamon sugar woven between flaky pastry . . . So good fresh from the oven! Save for your Autumn baking inspiration!

Makes 4 but can easily be doubled

Ingredients:

One roll of Puff Pastry
50g golden caster sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp butter
Egg yolk to glaze

Pre heat your oven to 200°c. I used the little loaf cases from Lakeland that were around £3.99 for 12. Handy to stock up on as they are great for mini loaf cakes.

Unroll your puff pastry and cut into four even strips. I cut mine slightly narrower than the base of my mini loaf cases.

Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl.
