If you’re at home put down the protein shake, put away the yogurt, and MAKE THIS! This has made my cut so damn easy. ▪️What you need: •Favorite Flavor Protien •90-100g Yogurt  •1 Egg •Toppings- I use frozen blueberries or mixed berries ▪️What to do: Put 90-100g of yogurt into dish. Crack 1 egg and stir until smooth. Add in 1-1/2 scoops of protein and stir again. Microwave for 1:30-2min depending on microwave. I like the center gooey. It’s easy to over cook so be aware of that!
