This recipe can be adapted for any phase of FMD. Just leave out the oil and use phase appropriate vegetables. Orange zest is approved for all phases. Use Brown Rice for P1, Miracle Rice for p2, and Quinoa for p3- or any phase appropriate option. Use chicken breast meat any phase or thighs on P3.
