⭐While doing a basic bounce, practise lifting one knee at a time. Then reduce the amount of bounces in between each raise.
⭐ Hop on one leg a few times, then switch feet. Then reduce the hops on each leg until you’re just doing one at a time.

I found this using Google when I was writing up a lesson on Jump Roping. It is a way to show the students the different things you can do with a jump rope and it can be used as a guide to get students to work on all the skills. And it can be used in different ways to get the students active.
