Perform each exercise for a minute. Repeat 2-3 more times for a longer workout.   How to do it:  ✔️Start with a gentle warm-up and spine mobilisation  ✔️Do basic hula hooping in both directions (30 seconds each). You might find that one side is easier than the other.  ✔️Add arm and leg movements to ramp up intensity and challenge your balance and stabilising muscles.
