This time last year, breaking the 120mph barrier seemed impossible, let alone swinging over 130mph (as seen above).

Despite being fit, strong, and athletic, I wasn’t reaching my potential…
Change was needed. I had to start training the way I was preaching!

Here are six fundamental exercises I consistently use to achieve maximal swing speeds:

1. Power Skaters: Power in the golf swing is produced laterally (among other planes). Include lateral movements in your training, combining controlled and explosive exercises.

2. VIPR Golf Rotations: Mimic the demands of the golf swing with light loads. Focus on rotating, loading, and exploding.
