This is some Fanart of the mysterious Elder Scroll race, "The Dwemer" or Dwarfs. Which is a really really fun design exercise given the lore and (potential) divergence from the classic fantasy dwarf in both shape and cultural reference. They are both not that small and their real-world reference seems more Assyrian than the classic nordic beer drinking fellow.
