Tara talked me through the process several weeks ago over the phone and was kind enough to give me permission to post about it here. I choose to look into distressing fabrics, screen printing these distressed fabrics and projecting them with light to see what patterns would show from each sample. Then I planned on weaving my own fabric, taking shaping from the light projections.
