The answer to the "I don't have a pencil" dilemma!!! I can't remember where I saw this, but I gave it a try and it's genius. The little grippers are called PenPals... they have adhesive and attach right to the bottom of the music stand. Then I tied a pencil on a string for it. Looking forward to seeing how it works in September!!
