Then add your desired veggies. Pour in the egg mixture and top with feta. Bake or air fry for a further 15-20 minutes

VIOLAS’ Crinkle Cake
Dieses Gericht nennt sich Crinkle Cake oder Crinkle Pie und ist im Prinzip ähnlich wie türkische Böreks, nur mit anderer Füllung und der Teig wird nicht gerollt, sondern nur lose zusammengerafft. Basis ist sogenannter Filo-Teig oder Yufka-Teig. Der ist weit verbreitet in der türkischen, arabischen und auch griechischen Küche z.B. wird Baklava und eben auch Börek daraus gemacht. Er ist super vielseitig und einfach zu benutzen und ist deswegen eine tolle Alternative zu Blätterteig.
