Fresh Tomato Soup   2 c chicken broth  1 c chopped onion   3/4 c chopped celery   1 tbsp thinly sliced fresh basil  1 tbsp tomato paste  2 pounds plum tomatoes, cut into wedges. salt & pepper.  plain low-fat yogurt   and 3 tbsp basil for garnish  Combine first 6 ing. in a lg saucepan, boil. Reduce heat, and sim 30 minutes. Season. Blend soup 1/2 batch at a time.
