Salami Rose Sandwiches🌹
Cream cheese filling: 100g cream cheese 2 tbsp chopped red pepper 1 tbsp chopped parsley 1 tbsp chopped dill 1 tbsp chopped chives 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste Method: Cut a baguette in slices then push the insides in with a spoon or shot glass. Lightly brush with olive oil and bake for a few minutes on 200C until golden. In the meantime, prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing all the ingredients together. Once the bread is completely cool, spoon 1 tsp of the filling in each baguette slice. Place 3 salami slices slightly overlapping and cut in half. Roll each half separately into a rose and place on top of the cream cheese. Garnish with dill leaves and serve right away. So come on let's get started 👇 Ingredients : Camembert / brie cheese 15-20 cherry tomatoes 10 cloves of garlic olive oil (very generously) Thyme rosemary Salt pepper baguette preparation method : Make slits on the cheese and place in a pan with cherry tomatoes, cloves of garlic and baguette slices and generously sprinkle olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme leaves and a sprig of rosemary on top of everything. and put in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 35 minutes until the tomatoes and garlic soften and take out. Spanakopita rolls 1 large onion chopped 3 spring onions Brown onions in 50g anchor butter and set aside till cooled down Mixed all ingredients below together and add the onions 1 pack of washed chopped spinach 1 pot of ricotta cheese 1 block of feta cheese crumbled 1 tsp salt and pepper 1 pack of large rolled puff pastry Unrolled and slice along the the middle Add a tablespoon after tablespoon of mixture along the edge from top to bottom and wipe with egg wash on opposite side to stick pastry when assembling into a sausage roll shape, then put egg wash on top and sprinkle sesame seed on top. Ingredients: - 1 large onion - 2 large ripe tomatoes - 4 to 5 spicy chilies (optional) - 3 eggs - @ndcmuscat olive oil - liquid cheese - salt & pepper - 1 tsp cumin powder - 1 tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tbsp tomato puree - start by chopping the veggies. Saute the onion in a drizzle of olive oil. - once the onion starts to brown add the tomatoes. Season with salt. Pepper. Cumin. Coriander. Paprika. Tomato puree and any spices that you prefer. - keep cooking the tomatoes on medium low till dissolved. - switch off the heat then crack the eggs in the mixture. Mix it thoroughly and add a splash of water. - turn the heat back on low and spread the cheese on top. - cover and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. - garnish. Serve with bread and enjoy. @chefjjskitchen
