The outcome of these blew me away! They’re easy to make and super healthy, much more affordable than buying them at the store, and beyond amazing! Crust: 1 1/4 cup oat flour 1 1/4 cup pecans 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup filtered water Filling: 1 cup medjool dates 2 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon pinch of pink salt 2 tbsp water 1. Combine the crust ingredients together in a food processor until the mixture sticks. 2. Flatten the mixture onto parchment paper in a rectangle shape. 3. Combine the filling ingredients in a food processor until smooth. 4. Spread the filling on top of the crust. 5.
