GERMAN RESTAURANT: Contrast in shapes and boldness of ceiling is interesting. Think about how the atmosphere/personality of the room would change without the circles. Also, the suspension of the circles helps lower the ceiling, to balance the uniform low line of the seating. Note how a ceiling can take a busy, crazy design bc you dont often look at it - that could NEVER go on the floor!
