35min · 4 servings MODERNA SIRNICA - BOSNISCHE PITA mit Käse 🤤🤤 So einfach und garantiert GELINGSICHER! Zutaten: • 1 Packung Jufkateig • 1 Fetakäse • 1 Zwiebel • 5 EL Creme Fraiche oder Saure Sahne • 200g Butter • Etwas Öl oder Butter für die Form Salz nach Geschmack Zubereitung: Jufkateig am Stk (nicht ausgerollt!) in gleiche Stücke schneiden und dann am Ende auswallen (siehe Video) . Butter schmelzen, Feta hineinbrökeln, salzen und Saure Sahne zugeben. Am Ende die Zwiebeln hacken und hineingeben. Die Ofenform mit Öl oder Butter einfetten. Nun den Teig darin wälzen und in die Form geben. Die restl. „Füllung“ über den Teig giessen und für 25 Minuten bei 200 Grad im Ofen Backen. Bei der Hälfte der Backzeit 1 Tasse Wasser über die Pita giessen und weiter backen lassen. #p

▪️2 large sweet potatoes ▪️2 eggs ▪️1/4 cup milk ▪️1 spring onion, chopped ▪️1/2 red pepper, finely chopped ▪️Handful of feta cheese ▪️Preheat oven to 200c ▪️Wash and dry your sweet potatoes. ▪️Prick them all over, and brush with some oil. Bake for 45-50 minutes until soft/air fry for 25 minutes/microwave. ▪️Remove from oven and let them cool ▪️Beat 2 eggs and mix with the milk ▪️Slice sweet potatoes in half, and gently mash the potato and form a well. ▪️Season with salt and pepper.
