Creamy Alfredo Broccoli and White Beans One Pot Meal
You’ll need: 1-2 cups of broth of choice 3 cups of broccoli florets 2 jars (or cans) of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 1 jar of alfredo sauce Salt and pepper, if needed 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 cup of broth and your broccoli. Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Remove lid- if broccoli has absorbed all of the liquid then add another extra splash. 2. Stir in your beans and alfredo. Simmer for 10 minutes; depending on how saucy you want your final result to be you can add more broth as needed. Season with salt and pepper if needed; serve and enjoy!
