Crispy Lemon Herb Tofu
If you know someone who doesn’t like tofu, chances are they haven’t had good tofu. This recipe is not only easy but also foolproof! It’s only four ingredients, including our top-selling Lemon Herb Seasoning. Here is what you need: 1 block extra firm tofu cut into 1” cubes 1 Tbs Soy Sauce 2 Tbs @countrylifefoods Lemon Herb Seasoning 1 Tbs cornstarch Oil for frying Directions: 1. Place cubed tofu in a bowl. Add all ingredients and mix until well incorporated. 2. Add oil to a pan and heat to medium. Once the oil is hot enough for frying, add the tofu and toss until all sides are crispy. 3. Drain excess oil on paper towels. Enjoy in salads, pasta, wraps, or just by itself!
