Never mind. I got it. Why is this so much more difficult than it needs to be? Oh my god. I hate when people watch me struggle and you're just standing there watching me struggle. We did it. It's fine. Calm down. Nobody needs to scream. A metric ton of garlic. Looks good. Oh and I have to open this now. Dark soy sauce. Looks good. I'm going to add some honey for sweetness because it feels right. Straight from the bear. Give this a little whisk. This isn't all the sauce because we are going to cook it down in the pan. This is a one pan lomaine meal. We are not just watch. Into my absolutely massive skillet. Neutral oil also make sure you drop **** out of your cabinets this is avocado oil because that's what I grabbed first once your oil is hot and shimmery drop your chicken right into the pan fear not the chicken will be flavored it's okay now that the chicken is partially cooked I'm going to add my sauce right in My chicken is now mostly done. I'm going to add in fresh broccoli from the store pre chopped. It's from my husband's lunch. Do you want a video about my husband's lunches? It's a new interesting development in our life. Pop a lid on this **** Let it steam for a minute. Sometime has a last. It is now time to remove the lid. Whoo. Give this a stir. Turn into Michael Jackson for a second and add some water. Now, you could feasibly stop here, add some cornstarch and water and you have a beautiful chicken and broccoli situation. I'm adding in about two more cups of water. I'm adding in these rice noodles. I'm also going to add some water chestnuts. Do this or don't. I just like them. Do whatever you like. Eat what you like. This is what I like and I'm just showing you my life, okay? Stop panicking. Why are you panicking? Why are you always panicked? We are going to pop our lid back on this **** It's been a minute or two. I am going to try and break up my noodles a little bit to give the chance to soften up quicker. Pop your lid back on and let those cook for another minute or two until they're tender. I don't have a lot of cornstarch so whatever was left in this jar, I added a little water too and we're going to pour this in. That's going to thicken up our sauce. That's our slurry. Give it a good stir about. I like my lomaine saucy. If you don't like your lomaine as saucy as me, use less water. Must I teach you everything. Last but certainly not least, some sesame oil right on top. Whoop, that was too much. Just about like a little slash. Just a tiny bit. Don't do what I did. There you have it. Chicken lo add broccoli and water chestnuts because I like them and I know what you're thinking why is your shirt stained up I burn myself with hot water and it hurts but also is it even good I don't know let's try it I've never had these noodles ha ha it burn myself god damn you okay mom I'm okay you're not going to burn your shirt ever again just eat it thank you for the advice Uh huh. Starting with a slow cooker of your choice and frozen chicken. It goes in the bottom outside of the package. Chicken is in the bottom of my slow cooker. There's a little violin. I have here a packet of chicken chili mix from McCormick. Drain and rinse the following cans of things. Drain and rinse. And then we're going to pop them in. You're probably wondering Jessica how are you going to drain and rinse them when your kitchen sink is so full. Carefully is the only answer. And by moving dishes out of the sink. Beans and hominy. Drained and rinsed into your pot. Wash your **** hands. Several times throughout this entire process. Wash your **** hands. Green chilies. Two cups of water. Two tablespoons of chicken bullion or two cups of chicken broth. Whatever you've got. It does not matter to me. I'm not eating yours. I'm eating mine and I have this. I don't have chicken broth. Using our Christmas spoon, we're going to give this a little to make sure that things are getting incorporated the way that they need to be so that things can cook the way that they need to be. We're not done with this yet. Just hold your horses. Could you chop fresh onion for this? Yeah, I'm not going to. Dried minced onion. As always, a metric ton of garlic. Two metric tons. Three metric tons. We're at the bottom of the jar. The garlic to liquid ratio is off at this point. And lastly but certainly not least, a half a bag of frozen corn. You could use a can of corn. I didn't buy one of those. Looks good. High for 4 hours. Low for six to eight will probably be low for six. If you cook chicken too long in a slow cooker it turns to mush and I'm not looking for mush. I'm looking for chicken chili. Got it? Plug this in. Do what you gotta do to it. Some people think that if I show you like this that it's not plugged in. I I plugged things in off camera. I moved things to the side to plug them in because I don't have a plug right here. I don't know why that's so hard for people to understand. Several hours have passed, my Crock Pot Chicken Chili should be done. We are going to pull our chicken out, shred it up, add it back in, give it a good stir, and decide if you can see me thickened in any way. If you've let this go for six hours on low, it should just fall apart. It should just shred and I'm able to shred it just with my tongue. So, perfect. Now, I don't think mine's going to need to be thickened but if I did need to thicken this, I would just pull some of the beans out and mash them up and then add them back in or I would add in some instant potato flakes. I always keep that on hand to thicken soup stews and you know anything of the nature. I like a good hearty chunk of chicken so I don't want to shred this up until it is like indiscerable. I'm going to just cube up four ounces of Pepper Jack. So like half of it blocked because I want some to top it with. Place it on low for just a little bit longer. And then we will serve it up. It's been just a few minutes and our chili is now ready to scoop. And all the things. And yes my child did just say eww. Welcome to my life. There you have it. White chicken chili. Now let's load this up. On top of mine I'm going to put some pepper jack. I'm going to put a dollop of daisy. Squeezable sour cream. Not sponsored but should be. And last but not least I will be serving this alongside of some chili garlic chips. And this is the proper way to eat this chili. You take your chip. You scoop it. You get a little bit of everything. It's going to be great for summertime because it's going to be refreshing and a delicious, sweet treat. So, let's go ahead and get a banana on each of our cupcake liners. Alright, last little banana. This is about one and a half bananas that I used to get this many. Now, I'm instantly coming in with my mini pretzel twist and we're going to put that pretzel twist right on top of our banana slice for a nice, salty, deliciousness to our treat. You could use some gluten-free pretzels. You could use some lazy chips but I think that these mini twist are just so perfect and they're going to taste incredible with what's coming next. Alright, last pretzel in there. Oh, this is getting good. Now, we have that chocolate melted but before we get to that, I'm going to bring in my melted natural jiff peanut butter. You can use whatever peanut butter you like and we're going to carefully pour just a little bit of peanut butter right on top of our pretzels. Be extra careful. This part can get messy but everyone know peanut butter is worth it. Okay, let's quickly get these done. Alright, we're just going to go ahead and cut the tip off of our chocolate bar. Make sure it doesn't fall into our little pretzel treats and we are going to squeeze our melted chocolate right onto our peanut butter just like so. Make sure to be a little gentle because we don't want our Hershey's to open on the other side and the chocolate to come out where we don't want it to come out but look how delicious this is. I did melt two chocolates because I felt like I needed extra chocolate for the amount of little treats I'm making but these are going to be well worth it. Okay, we're just going to kind of tap this so that these even out and they're nice and shiny and beautiful. Alright, these are going to go in the freezer for two hours and they're going to be ready to eat. Oh my. These look so good. Okay we gotta go ahead and serve these up. These are going to be the perfect little treats for a party. Or if you know you just want a late night late night snack. You can just sneak one out of the freezer. But these are going to be perfect for summer because they are nice and cold and refreshing. We have the banana, the pretzel, the peanut butter. Okay let's go ahead and give one of these a try. Just come right off. So easy. Oh my goodness. That peanut butter should still be a little bit soft because it doesn't fully harden in the freezer. Let's give it a try. That was the best thing I've ever eaten. You guys gotta try it.
