Detox. Strengthens your nerves and increases your energy balance. For example, it makes all the difference whether or not you have lunchtime sleepiness. Fountain of youth. Activates autophagy, your body’s own cell cleansing system. Among other things, it gives you better skin than any cream can do. Immune system. I firmly believe that I have to keep my brain on a very short leash in order for it to produce good results for me and to function as the great computer it should be.
