🍎🥣No added sugar apple granola
by @healthy_floflo ✅ no sugar added 🤩 ✅ naturally sweetened ✅ easy to make ✅ gluten-free ✅ nut free ✅vegan Ingredients for 2/3 servings: ▪️100g oats ▪️2 medium apple ▪️1 tbsp flaxseed ▪️1 tbsp chia seeds ▪️30ml coconut oil ▪️spices: 1 tsp cinnamon , 1/4 tsp ginger powder, pinch salt Instructions: 🍎Grate the apples and transfer to a bowl. 🍎Add the remaining ingredients and mix until all the components are well incorporated. 🍎Lay on a baking tray, with baking paper on it. Use a large baking tray so you can spread the ingredients nicely, as much as possible. 🍎Bake on a pre-heated oven at 180C for 40mins. ‼️ it’s important here to mix regularly, 3-4 times, so the granola will cook evenly 👌🏼

Almond croissant baked oats!
ngredients 1.5 cups / 125g ground oats (oat flour) 1/3 cup / 40g ground almonds (almond flour) 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp almond extract 1 mashed banana 1 small egg / flax egg 1/3 cup / 110g honey 2/3 cup / 150ml milk 1/4 cup / 20g flaked almonds 1 tsp icing sugar (white or coconut) 1. Pre-heat oven to 180C/ 360F. 2. In a bowl, mash your banana and then add your oats, almonds, baking powder, salt, honey, almond extract, egg/ flax egg and milk. Whisk until all combined. 3. Add to a 15cm baking tray (greased and lined with baking paper). If you want to remove from the tin like I did, make sure you use a tin with a removable bottom. Add your flaked almonds on top. Bake for 20 minutes.

The perfect emergency dessert for when you’re craving something sweet. Simply mix, whack in the microwave for 60 seconds and ta-da 🤌. recipe/per serve: - 1/4 cup gluten free plain flour - 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder - 1/4 tsp baking powder - 2 tbsp peanut butter - 1 & 1/2 tbsp rice malt syrup, or choice of liquid sweetener - 1/4 cup soy milk - 20g dark chocolate, chopped 1. To a small microwave bowl or mug, add the flour, protein powder and baking powder and mix well. Add the peanut butter, rice malt syrup and soy milk and whisk until well combined. 2. Fold through 2/3 of the chopped chocolate and smooth over the top with a spoon to flatten. Top with the remaining 1/3 chopped chocolate. 3. 3-Ingredient Popcorn Yoghurt Bark 🍿 An easy, tasty and protein-packed freezer snack to reach for throughout the week. Mix it up with your favourites toppings Recipe: - 1 Cup Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt - 1/3 White Choc Malt Easter Egg Protein - 4 Cups Popcorn Optional Toppings: - 2 Tbsp Popcorn - 2 Tbsp Freeze-Dried Blueberries, Dark Chocolate, Seeds or Nut Butter 1. Mix coconut yogurt and protein until smooth. Crumble in popcorn and mix well. 2. Line a baking tray. Spread popcorn yogurt mix on the tray and smooth with the back of a spoon. Optionally top and set in the freezer for 2-3 hours. 3. Slice and enjoy.
