Environ 65 Cal par unité (pour une dizaine selon taille) adapter selon votre garniture . 1 œufs Sel poivre épices au choix 100g yaourt nature ou fromage blanc 120g farine au choix 1/2 sachet levure chimique Garniture au choix : fêta, tomate séchées, chorizo, bacon, poulet... . Mélanger l’œuf avec le yaourt et assaisonner. Ajouter ensuite la farine et finir par la levure, la pate doit être assez collante. Incorporer votre garniture au choix à la pâte. Former des petits tas avec des cuillères sur du papier cuisson, rajouter un peu de garniture sur le dessus et enfourner pour 15min environ à 180 four chaud
