Apple Pie Cheesecake | Protein Bowl | Healthy Snack
I've been making protein bowls for quite some time now and they've always remained top of my list for an easy, grab and go breakfast or quick meal when I am craving something sweet. This apple pie version ended up being even more satisfying and delicious than I even expected! Cinnamon apples, creamy protein cheesecake filling and a crumbly vegan graham cracker crust with loads of protein, was just what the fall season ordered.

Spread on a lined baking tray and generously drizzle with agave or maple syrup. Bake at 175C/350F for 25min.

Erdnuss-Tofumarinade - so schmeckt Tofu! Super simpel und perfekt für Bowls
15min · 1 serving So schmeckt Tofu! 😍 Zutaten: (1 Portion) • 200 g Tofu • 1 gehäufter EL Erdnussmus • 1 EL Sojasauce • etwas Zitronensaft • 1 TL Ingwerpulver • 1 TL Knoblauchpulver • 3 EL Wasser Zubereitung: • Den Naturstoff mit einem Küchentuch gut ausdrücken und in grobe Stücke reißen. • Für die Marinade alle Zutaten gut vermengen, bis eine homogene Masse entsteht. Das geht am besten mit einer Gabel. • Etwas Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Tofustücke mit der Maisstärke gut anbraten. • Die Marinade hinzufügen, gut vermengen und bei Bedarf noch etwas Wasser hinzugeben, sodass sich die Marinade besser verteilt.
