Creator @cookingwithelo Salted Caramel: - 6-7 Medjool dates, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes - 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/3 cup (80 ml) plant-based milk of choice - 2 pinches of salt Blend until smooth salted caramel latte: blend about 2 teaspoons of salted caramel with the plant-based milk of your choice (it makes it all frothy, yum!) and pour it over ice.
