Avocado and Egg Yolk Toast
Pretty breakfasts can easily be made at home too. This is my avo and egg toast recipe. Really easy to make and aesthetically pleasing too. Get your toast ready. In a bowl mash some avocado, chilli flakes and seasoning together. In another bowl mash boiled eggs with some mayonnaise and seasoning together. Get two teaspoons, one for each bowl then start creating your tasty toast. Use the back of the spoon to take some avocado and spread it on the toast. Then do the same with the egg yolk. Keep repeating until the toast is covered. Drizzle with chilli oil and enjoy.
Salt n Vinegar crisps
So easy so quick just slice your spuds nice and thin, cover in oil, bake in the oven at 180c until crispy! Season with some salt n vinegar seasoning and your good to go!
